PRODUCE LIST

Spring- arugula, bok choi, broccoli, cabbage, cauliflower, chard, kohlrabi, lettuce, *peas (shelling, snow, and snap), radicchio, radishes, salad mix, scallions, spinach, strawberries, turnips

Summer- *basil, *beans (yellow, green, and purple), beets, canteloupe, carrots, *cilantro, cucumbers, *dill, *edamame (fresh soybeans), eggplant, greens, lettuce, okra, onions, *parsley, peppers (different colored sweet bells, hot), shallots, summer squash, tomatoes (slicers, heirlooms, and canning), *cherry tomatoes, watermelon, zucchini, *cut flowers

Fall- *beans, beets, broccoli, cabbage, carrots, cauliflower, chard, collards, salad mix, garlic, kale, leeks, lettuce, onions, parsnips, potatoes (red, white, and yukon gold), sweet potatoes, radishes, rutabagas, *pumpkins, spinach, winter squash (butternut, acorn, delicata, pie pumpkin)

 

Produce

* asterisk indicates Pick-Your-Own crops which are available for picking at the farm seven days a week from dawn to dusk. For St. Louis members, beans and herbs will be included in your box; for other P crops you are encouraged to come to the farm anytime to pick or purchase them at our farmer's market stand Saturday mornings in St. Louis.
